13. Classroom space is tight at PSU. Why should we build a recreation center?

The University is rapidly growing and is committeed to expanding classrooms. In the building there will be four classrooms and a large lecture auditorium. Classroom space is paid for with state dollars and is not affected by this project. The recreation facility would be funded, planned, and built by students.
